I am so sorry to hear this news. Connie's Aunt, Jeanne Burke Liuska, and I "babysat" Connie when we were in Mass High School, class of '58. Jeanne and I went to Milwaukee to work after graduation. She returned to marry "Fudd" and I moved on to California. I have the fondest memories of the "older" generation, John and Ida Burke and his brother, Emil's family. Jeanne and I would ride in the back of cousin "Buzz's" jeep...displaying his sign..."Stop When Buzz Stops!" Somewhere I have an old black & white photo, taken in front of our house in Mass showing the bluff as the background. Connie must have been a year or so, as she so proudly stood and posed with Jeanne and me when my mother snapped the photo. Jeanne and I spent great deal of time with Joan and Arnold in their house there on "back street" in Mass. I am God-mother to Jeanne's daughter, Camie Liuska Harding, whom I attempted to locate in the Alston area on my trip to the UP last July, but was informed that she had relocated. It is so very, very sad to lose someone from (to me) the younger generation. Please accept my condolences from an "old" friend of the family. Dolly Rousseau Doran
