Lois and all the family,
I knew Waino from the nursing home. He sat over in the corner and shared his smile. He never had much to say, but know that you must have lots of storeies of the fun times with him. Cherish your memories. You are in my thoughts and prayers at this emotional time. Ann
Lois & family, we extend our deepest sympathies to you. Waino certainly was a gentle soul, and I'll always remember his warm smile and that perpetual twinkle in his eyes! We got to know him through our church, and he'll always be remembered by those of us that he shared a smile and kind word with.
God bless.
My deepest sympathies - I am sorry for your loss. Please accept my condolences.
Lois and Family, I am praying for you that God may keep you close and comfort you in your sorrow.
Mark, Lois, and Glen:
My prayers are with all of you. It is never easy to lose a parent. As time goes by you will remember and smile about all the great times you shared. May God be with you and I know he will help your hearts to heal.
"From the mighty Bear Creek Valley to the Otter River shore" (I think that's the way Waino wrote it).
My sympathy to the family, on the passing of an Elo icon. You are in my thoughts and prayers.
May God's love and grace sustain you.

Our deepest sympathies go out to the family of Waino Wuori, Lois, Glen, Mark, and their loved ones. Waino was in every way a gentleman, friendly and caring to all. As his nephew, I enjoyed each visit with him. May all his loved ones be consoled knowing he is in his peaceful rest in the Lord. Love Al and Bea Wuori
Lois, Mark and Glen..I am so sorry to hear that your dad has passed away. What a wonderful and sweet man he was! I know my mom, Florence Ketola, will be saddened to hear of the news too. Your mom and dad and mine sure had fun playing cards and visiting together and after your mom and my dad passed away, mom and your dad remained good friends. When mom wintered in Texas, every year she would bring a bag of your dads favorite candy from Mexico for him and he would smile from ear to ear. Please know our thoughts and prayers are with you all and our loss is heaven's gain!
Glen
We were so sorry to hear about Waino. He was a very nice man and we enjoyed our talks at the mailbox. He always had a lot of good hunting stories. He will surely be missed by all who knew him.
