Aldica Angeline Dixon (LaBeau)'s Obituary
Aldica Angeline Dixon, formerly LaBeau, age 75 of L'Anse, MI passed away at her home on Friday, October 18, 2024.
She was born in Muskegon MI on June 20, 1949 the daughter of the late Harold and Cora (McClellan) Dixon. Aldica graduated from Whitehall High School in 1972. She married Leon LaBeau on April 10, 1976. He preceded her in death. Aldica was a member of Little River Band of Ottawa Indians. For many years, she worked in the healthcare doing in-home care, caring for many people in the community. She enjoyed baking loads of goodies for any occasion she could, she loved making regalia and spoiling those she cared for.
Aldica is survived by her children Mark (Dora) Labeau, Harold LaBeau, Nancy "Lucy" Perez, and Jeanne Emery, grandchildren Myles (Kayla) LaBeau and their children Stormey and Vera LaBeau, Cody LaBeau (Sophia Rosati) and their children Jaxen LaBeau, Franklin LaBeau, Alaric Rosati-LaBeau, and Luna Harryman, Nathan Visger, Joann (Nicholas) Hambright and their children Rayden and Ryan Hambright, Jared (Olivia) Visger, Tashina Emery (Eric Almli) and their children Harlen and Jovi Almli, and Aldica’s dear friend Cindy Niemi.
Burial will take place at 2 pm.on Friday, October 25, 2024 in the L'Anse Evergreen Cemetery.
