Carl Mathew Lytikainen, 89, of Baraga passed away at the BCMH Skilled Nursing Facility (SNU) in L'Anse, Michigan on 24 February 2006. Kaarlo Matttias was born at the train station roadhouse in Pelkie, Michigan on 27 January 1917. Read Obituary

I am so glad your father decided to stop in Crystal Falls for a couple of years. He was a pleasure to know. I can still hear his laugh.
After praying for the progress of his soul, I had the desire to attend the interment and may be able to arrange it.

Was so saddened to learn of Carl's passing. Our famililes have been such close friends for as long as I can remember. Special condolences to Karen, my friend and classmate.

Nan and family.So sorry to hear of Carls passing.I remember Saturday nights when I was younger when Carl & Nan came over to play the board game Aggravation with my mother and father (Buck or Wilho and Martha Maki)They were the best of freinds. Carl was always laughing & smiling. He will be sadly missed by everyone.
