FREDRICK R. CHAUDIER's Obituary
FREDRICK RAY CHAUDIER, age 62, of Nashville, Tennessee, formerly of L’Anse went home to be with the Lord after a long struggle with health problems on August 30, 2013. He was born in L’Anse on August 16, 1951, the son of the late John and Gladys Chaudier. Fredrick graduated from L’Anse High School and enlisted in the Army serving in Vietnam. He then moved to Tennessee receiving his bachelor degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. He worked in the Lab for Whirlpool until his retirement in 1990. A songwriter in Nashville, music was Fred’s passion. He met many interesting people in the music business and had written hundreds of songs.
Fredrick is survived by his Nashville family and his brothers; Tom (Karen) Chaudier, Bill (Page) Chaudier of Negaunee, David (Jean) Chaudier of Gwinn, Joe (Doris) Chaudier of L’Anse, and John (Jackie) Chaudier of Ventura California. Including his parents, Fred was preceded in death by his brothers Dennis & Durwyn Chaudier, and sisters, Marlene Young and Mary Richard.
Private family services will be held.
