I have known cousin Gary well my whole life since he’s almost double my age( don’t need to figure it out 👩 🙈 but it’s close enough) my first memory of him is driving a tractor down the street in his overalls unless I was dreaming that’s what I remember,,,, he was a very social man in Baraga County everyone knew the Bean Master ….. always had lots of friends around I’m sure it’s cause he was so smart and could get along with anyone, I remember him being a very loving grandpa to Jennifer and well all the kids but I think I was around her more,, I also used to cook at the Ojibway senior citizen center in Baraga and he would come in for lunch daily he was very involved in our Native American heritage and even more involved in the community as a whole always trying to bring us all together, always there when something was going on trying to help in some way! He did many great things wrote books, patented shit lots of shit, lol he was a creator,, a father figure to many ,, Gary gave me a job 22 years ago while I was pregnant I needed extra money pretty bad and well Gary to the rescue I didn’t charge much but I enjoyed helping a person in the family and community of elders just was nice to see he cared enough to help me help myself! Not a bad guy to me ever! He will be missed!! Let’s not be sad let’s rejoice in 90 awesome years of him on this earth, I know my life improved knowing him! Love you guys! Sorry I can’t be home to see yall at this time! John, Kirby, Tracy, Jennifer, 💞 🌺 hugs to you all! 🚜 your dad and grandpa was amazing!!!
