I'm sorry I didn't get to know my cousin Howard very well, but am glad I'd stopped to visit him while he was in rehab at the HCMC a few years ago. We know his sister Peggy and enjoy her company, plus we got to hear about her brother. They were good company for each other! May the Lord comfort your family during this time. Cherish the memories!
I met Howard on the job- What a character. We worked next to each other for years, telling jokes and stories and talking about our golf games, He was much better than me.
We bought lotto tickets every week for the past 30 years, and agreed to split the winnings. When Howard moved to the UP, ( he called me a troll because I lived under the bridge ), we kept in touch by phone three or four times a week, telling jokes and dreaming about how we were going to be rich .
I guess we ran out of time. We didn’t make our fortune, but our lives were enriched by our friendship.

Peggy & Family, Our hearts & prayers go out to you and your family at the loss of your brother. I recall visiting him a few years ago at the HCMC, where he was in rehab after foot surgery. It was great that he got to live with you for the past several years, getting good care from his big sister. Lots of memories, I'm sure.
