JENIFER RUTH HARJU CLEMENT's Obituary
JENIFER RUTH HARJU CLEMENT passed away December 31, 2006, at Methodist South Hospital in Memphis, TN. She was born in Denver, CO on April 26, 1961 daughter of Oiva and Nancy Harju. Jenifer was a 1979 graduate of Wheat Ridge High School in Wheat Ridge, CO. and a graduate of Oklahoma State University School of Architecture in 1983. In 1994 she married Howard Clement in Seattle, WA. They resided in Southaven, MS.
Jenifer is survived by her husband and her parents and a brother Tom Harju of Denver, CO. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Jacob and Impi Harju of Aura, Helmi Luopa of L’Anse and Oscar Koski of Lake Linden.
A memorial service for Jenifer was held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 27, 2007 at the Reid Funeral Service and Chapel, L’Anse with Pastor Scott Williams officiating. Interment took place in the Aura Cemetery. The family received friends on Wednesday from 10 a.m. until time of the service. Following the service the family invited friends to join them for fellowship and luncheon in the Harrington Gathering room, located at the funeral home.
