Dear Kelly and the entire family of Joe,
First off, I love the picture you chose as that’s exactly how I picture him. I remember when he came to “my” mobile home in Iron Mountain and I bought a used dryer from him and he didn’t want much because he was excited to take my used dryer and fix it and because he didn’t want to take money from a friend of Kelly’s …I was trying to tell him “business is business “ 💕 He stopped in at our house last summer and it was a nice chat after all these years…he still remembered my mobile home and the dryer lol. He was such a smart guy and a hard worker. I am so glad he got tymake some happy snowbird memories In Florida. Gods blessings to you all at this sad time. Keep his memory close to your heart and In your prayers.

Doris, Kelly, Kim and Karrie.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time... Uncle Joe would always make everyone welcome and was a saint especially when the Young's arrived with 6 kids for the weekend.

I remember many times going camping in the L'anse area and even driving to Florida in the early 80s in Gramps Winnebago with 8 people packed in. He will be missed BUT not forgotten and his memories will last forever. Having the same birthdate August 26th was great to share that with too.

Uncle Joe was a great Husband, Father, Grandfather and was proud to have him as my uncle growing up and taking his wisdom and knowledge into my adulthood.

My heart goes out to you Doris, Kelly, Kim, and Karrie. I will always remember that Uncle Joe always took time out of his schedule to speak with me when we saw each other shopping. I will miss that. Take care of yourselves. Joe would have wanted that.
