LORI RASANEN's Obituary
LORI RASANEN, of Baraga, died peacefully at home on Sunday, May 2, 2004.
Mrs. Rasanen is survived by her sons, Carl (Julie) Rasanen and James (Jodene) Rasanen both of Baraga, daughters, Cheryl Pilato of Baraga and Nancy (Don) Honey of Long Island, NY, 11 grandchildren, 1 great granddaughter, 2 brothers and 5 sisters. Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
A Memorial Mass of Christian burial for Lori was held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 7, 2004 from St. Ann’s Catholic Church, Baraga with Father Greg Heikkala officiating. The family received friends at the church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service. Following the service friends were invited to join the family for fellowship and luncheon at the church. Family suggests memorials to The American Cancer Society. Envelopes were available at the church on Friday. The Reid Funeral Service and Chapel, L’Anse has been entrusted with funeral arrangements.
