MONICA G. LEEMON NOBLE's Obituary
MONICA G. LEEMON NOBLE, 55, of Laurium, MI. passed away Wednesday, December 13, 2006 at Marquette General Hospital. She was born in Hancock, MI. on June 15, 1951 duaghter of Thomas and Myra (Harrington) Leemon. Monica graduated from L'Anse High School. She married James Noble and move to White Pine, where she resided for 11 years. He preceded her in death on May 1, 2006. Monica moved back to L'Anse and managed the former Loft Restaurant. She had lived in Calumet for the past 2 years and worked as a caregiver at Still Waters Assisted Living. Monica wa a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, L'Anse. She enjoyed spending time at the family camp in Twin Lakes and animals.
Monica is survived by her loving children, Kristie (Bill) Menge of L'Anse, and Erin (Adam) Wennersten of Battle Creek, MI., grandchildren, Caitlyn, Anna, and Abigail, mother, Myra Ellico of Denver, CO., brothers, Timothy (Patty) Leemon of Marinette, WI., and Richard "Butch" Leemon of Baraga, sisters, Sandra (Peter) Burg and Debra (Brad) Tonkin both of Denver, CO. Numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins also survive. She was preceded in death by her son, Tommy Herrala in 1982, and her father Thomas.
Interment will take place at a later date.
