PAUL F. MURDOCK's Obituary
PAUL F. MURDOCK, age 74, of Covington, MI, passed away Monday, October 8, 2012 at Bayside Village, L’Anse. He was born in Miami, Florida on September 23, 1938, the son of the late Harold and Elizabeth (Paulson) Murdock.. He graduated from high school and then served in the US Army. Following his service in the Army, he attended Michigan Tech University, graduating in 1964. Paul was employed at Boeing in Texas as an electrical engineer until his retirement. He lived in Skanee for the past 20 years. Paul enjoyed doing carpentry, hunting, fishing, 4-wheeling and spending time outdoors in Skanee.
Paul is survived by several nieces and nephews and his friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and other family members.
A visitation for Mr. Murdock was held at 11:00 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, October 10, 2012 at the Reid Funeral Service and Chapel, L’Anse, MI. Baraga County area veterans under the direction of the Baraga American Legion Post #444 conducted military honors at the funeral chapel on Wednesday at 11:30 a.m. Interment took place in the Hillcrest Cemetery, Bessemer, MI.
