ROBERT C. "BOB" ROBERTS's Obituary
ROBERT C. “BOB” ROBERTS, 86, of Seven Lakes, NC passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst, NC. Mr. Roberts was born November 16, 1923 in Antigo, WI. to the late Lloyd and Lottie Roberts. Mr. Roberts was a graduate of Pequaming High School and later went on to earn a degree in Mechanical Engineering at Michigan Tech. Mr. Roberts entered the US Air Force and served in the Eighth Division during WWII. He and his wife Rosemary retired to the Seven Lakes area in1987. His hobbies included oil painting and spending time with his family. He was a loving, kind, and genuinely nice man, with never a bad word to speak about anyone.
Mr. Roberts is survived by his loving wife of 64 years Rosemary Roberts, a daughter Ann McClamroch of Virginia, grandchildren, Bryce McClamroch of Boston, Mass., and Erin McClamroch of Virginia and sisters, Bernice and Donna of Oregon and Wisconsin. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Patricia Lawrence.
Spring interment will take place in the L'Anse Evergreen Cemetery.
