An e-mail I recently sent to Reid is attached below.

I’m reading a book which I believe was translated from German to English by Robert Evans Dohrenwend who died September 27, 2020 @ age 81. You made his funeral arrangements.

The book I believe he translated is Jochen Peiper Commander Panzer Regiment Leibstandarte by Patrick Agte published in 1999. Dr. Dohrenwend is listed as translator. The book is over 600 pages long and required great skill/time in translation.

Is is possible for you to put me in contact with his family since the obituary is somewhat sketchy? If he was the man I believe he was, he was a polymath/polyglot par excellence.
