Joan and Family, huge hugs on the loss of Bob. We met in 1990 when I came for a tour of the town, down from Houghton! We worked through many a search and rescue, conversion to 911 and if I needed insight on a way to come at a problem, Bob and Joan were always two great go-to's. Hugs..
