RONDA LEE JESTILA BERTUCCI's Obituary
RONDA LEE JESTILA BERTUCCI, 44, of Negaunee passed away at midnight, August 19, 2008 following a lengthy illness. She was born in L'Anse on June 8, 1964 the daugher of Ronald and Carol Lee (Winnega) Jestila. Ronda graduated from L'Anse High School in 1982. She was a member of St. Paul Catholic Church in Negaunee. Ronda was multi talanted with skills in carpentry, auto repair, and remodeling homes. She also enjoyed art projects, cooking and was a seamstress, and made several of her childrens clothing.
Ronda is survived by her loving children, Gairen Tembreull of Grand Rapids, Ethan Bertucci of Negaunee, Amanda Bertucci of Negaunee, and Kaylie Tasson of Negaunee, her mother, Carol Lee (Joe) Jestila Sikorsky of Aura and father Ronald (Alice) Jestila of Chassell, brother, Craig (Angie) Jestila of Scottsdale, AZ, and sisters, Sharri (Bill) Kayramo of L'Anse, Penney (Scott) Jaeger of L'Anse, and LeRita (Kurt) Allert of L'Anse, step-sisters, Lisa, Sandy, Linda, and Susan, step-brother, Danny, and special step-brother, Dennis. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
A memorial Mass was celebrated at 11 a.m. Friday, August 22, 2008 from Sacred Heart Catholic Church, L'Anse with Father Augustin George, celebrant. The family received friends at the church on Friday from 10 a.m. until time of the Mass.
