Roy J Bonen's Obituary
Roy J. Bonen, age 96, of Hancock, passed away Monday, December 5, 2016 at Houghton County Medical Facility/Woodland Haven in Hancock. He was born in Phelps, Wisconsin on June 10, 1920, the son of the late Henry and Rose (Duhame) Bonen. Roy had been employed at the Quincy Mining Company as a dredge operator until his retirement.
Mr. Bonen is survived by his son Charles, his grandchildren and other family members. He was preceded in death by his 6 brothers.
Spring burial will take place in the Baraga Cemetery.
