Roy was a great guy and will be missed by all. I have many fond memories of playing at the "Mannikko Ranch" as a youngster and Roy saddling up old Goldie for the lads to take turns on riding around the hay field. Not sure if Goldie was all that fired up about it though. On many a chicken barbecue, Roy and I would be grill turning partners, and "leg turners". Roy never let a chicken leave the grill before its time no matter how much smoke we had digested. Rest in peace, and our condolences to the entire family.
