TINA LYNN KETOLA's Obituary
Tina Lynn Ketola, 40, of L’Anse, passed away Monday, May 26, 2014 at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor following a brief illness. She was surrounded by her loving family. Tina was born in L’Anse on September 7, 1973, the daughter of Dave and Debbie (Supanich) Perrow. She graduated from L’Anse High School. Tina married her soul mate, Paul Ketola on August 14, 2004. She was a shift manager for Tractor Supply in Houghton. Tina was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, L'Anse and had been a member of Baraga County Cribbage League and the L'Anse Women's Bowling League. Tina’s greatest loves were her children and family. She enjoyed riding in the woods, playing cribbage, bowling, and having a Busch Light or two. Her smile and laughter will remain in our memories forever, and we will miss her more than words could express.
Tina is survived by her loving family, husband Paul Ketola, children Brittny and Ryan Delene, step-children Haley (Silas) Heck, and Paul Jacob Ketola II, parents Dave and Debbie Perrow, brothers David (Nicole) and Adam Perrow, grandmother Marcy Supanich, mother and father-in-law Mildred and Martin Ketola, brothers and sisters in-law, aunts, including her Auntie Dawn, uncles, nephew David, as well as other nieces and nephews, cousins, and many many friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents Ephrim and Sylvia Perrow, and Frank Supanich, aunts Dorothy, Marlene, and Mary Ann, and uncles Dale, Gary, Larry, and Jeff.
A memorial funeral service for Tina was held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at the Reid Funeral Service and Chapel with Deacon John Cadeau officiating. The family greeted friends at the funeral chapel on Saturday from 12 p.m. until the time of the service. Interment took place immediately following the memorial service in the L’Anse Evergreen Cemetery. In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials in Tina’s honor may be directed to the family.
