Tyler J Salbashian's Obituary
Tyler Joseph Salbashian of Alston, MI son to Marc and Michelle Kanasty entered eternal life at his home on July 7, 2015. Tyler was born in Fond du Lac, WI on May 28, 1994.
Tyler graduated from L’Anse High School in 2013 where he established several life long friends. Through social media networking, Tyler made many close friends all around the world. He also enjoyed reading, analyzing movie production, writing scripts, and sketching.
Fulfilling his dream, Lance Corporal Salbashian proudly served in the United States Marine Corps from 2014-2015. Semper Fidelis - Always Faithful
Tyler is survived by his parents, Marc and Michelle Kanasty of Alston; brother, Kasey Diamentis; sisters, Sarah (Dave) Simons of Marquette, MI; Emily Kanasty of Marquette, MI; maternal grandparents, Dennis and Monica Salbashian of Alston; paternal grandparents, Edward and Judy Kanasty of Troy, MI; close friend and cousin, Trevor Massie of Fond du Lac, WI, as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family greeted friends at the Reid Funeral Service and Chapel in L’Anse on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 from 4 p.m. until 7 p.m. Military honors were conducted at the funeral chapel at 5 p.m., and the memorial funeral service was held at 6:30 p.m. with Pastor Judy Mattson officiating.
