I am sincerely sorry to see her pass. I did enjoy seeing her in December of 2010 when she first went to her nursing home, with my son Craig.Unfortunately,I cannot attend services on Friday and my condolences to all my aunts and uncles. Randy
I was so sorry to hear about Asta, our former neighbor. We had such fun playing with her children when we were young. I am so sorry that she had to suffer in her later years. We are praying for the surviving children.
I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Asta. We lived next door for most of my young years and we played with her children for so long. I did manage to see her in Bayside last Spring and she did remember me. God bless all of her surviving children at this time of sorrow.
my heart & thoughts go out to Asta's family...I was her neighbor for a short time over on Spruce Street in Baraga, I also remember her from Bingo, she always had a smile on, especially when she knew her kids/family were coming up from downstate....R.I.P. Asta!!!
I was saddened to hear of Asta passing. I've known Asta for so many years, especially sitting with her at Bingo - I would tease her so much about her accent - but, we would laugh about it. Please accept my condolences. Punkin
Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of Asta. She was such a gentle woman. I loved to listen to her talk with her thick Finn accent. My mom & her were Bingo buddies. I was fortunate enough to be able to visit with Asta many times at Bayside & she always welcomed me & my kids with a smile. Oh, she loved to see my children. May her memories bring you smiles in the days ahead.
Please accept my sincere condolences on the loss of Asta. She was a wonderful and warm caring woman who touched the hearts of many people. I have very fond memories of Aunt Asta that I will always hold close to my heart. May you find peace and comfort in the days ahead.
