Our Deepest sympathy and prayers are with you.
I was in Ironwood with my mother at the hospital for some tests, so I missed the funeral. I wanted to be there. Edla is a first cousin to my dad. Edla and I were "pen pals" for many of years. I surely will miss her letters !! And truely will miss her too. No matter what, she had a big smile, as she talked to you. I enjoyed being with her when we could.
With heartful prayers.

Edla was a special friend to my mother, Wilma Suomela, when living at the Green Hill Apartments. They enjoyed their coffee and long talks. They shared their strong Christian beliefs and their drives to "their" church in Watton. Gods' Peace Mary Ann Suomela HAnsen
