I was a classmate of Joe's at L'Anse High School. Our seating arrangement was usually alphabetical so Joe was always sitting in front of me. We had many funny moments in the classroom. He was a gentle soul. My condolences to the family.
I sure will miss Joe. He always made me smile. Such a nice guy. My thoughts and prayers are with you Shirley, and Joe's children.
Spud you are in my thoughts and prayers. Joe will be missed he always had a smile and a contagious laugh. He was a kind, caring man, I remember him coming to baseball games and just cheering our team on.. He will never be forgotten.
Shirley, I am so sorry we can't make it to the funeral. Simon just wouldn't be able to make it with all his health issues. We are praying for all of you & just can't believe Joe is gone. We loved him & always enjoyed seeing all of you. We will miss him. So many good memories of all of you. Love you All!
