We like to send our deepest sympathy to the family of Julia Maki. We remember her from working at the Rest Home for so many years and beeing such a wonderful lady, always happy and smiling. Sincerly Urpo and Hilkka
My deepest sympathy to the entire family, how blessed you all were to have such a wonderful mother and friend to all who knew her. I did her hair many years in my shop and we have cried and laughed so much through those wonderful years. She was a great lady, soft spoken and just a special friend to me.
Sincerly Diane Risku
This message goes out to our family. While I cannot be physically with you right now, my thoughts and heart are with you all. My condolences to all of you. I can still see Aunt Julia sitting in her chair in the living room or standing by the kitchen sink. I love you all very much!

Family and friends of dear Julia are in my thoughts. Memories of years gone by are very dear to me. I can hear the laughter of our parents sitting around the coffee table as we children played outdoors. I feel lucky to have known Julia as a neighbor, friend, and sister-in-faith. My brother Steve and I visited her last summer and sang some Finnish church songs and she perked up and seemed to be happy to have us there. Thank you all for being dear neighbors and friends. I hope to be able to visit many of you next summer.
