I used to ski with Mark at Mt Maria, at the south end of Hubbard Lake. Sometimes when the lift lines were to long we would drive onto the lake and fish thru the ice. It is one the memories I carry that always makes me smile. Peace to you and yours, Eric Dunckel
You will be missed Mark, you were always a good host when we came to visit always making us feel welcome and at home, plus so willing to cook some great meals..your fish dinners were wonderful !! I know Linda will miss very much and how we enjoyed visiting around the kitchen table chatting and sharing laughs..I know we will all be together again as family ...Larry and Judy Fullmer/Arizona

Linda and Family, I am so very sorry for your loss. Mark was my Boss for many years and I enjoyed working with him. He helped make coming to work fun. He was one of the kindest people I have ever met and it was a pleasure to know him. He often spoke fondly of you, the kids and grandkids. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
My condolences to Mark's family. I worked for Mark for many years at the Baraga prison. He made going to work enjoyable for me, by sharing his jokes, experiences and good humor. I missed him when he became a C/O and I only saw him occasionally at work. He was a good, fun-loving man who touched many with his good-natured humor. He will be missed. I'm sorry for your loss.
