Dear Nancy, Dennis, Ken, Flo, Barb (?) and all the rest of Mel's wonderful family.
My heart was saddened so when I heard of Mel's passing. When I was taking care of his mom Mel used to come in, out of the field, to check and see how his mom was doing. His words were always few, yet the love for his family was shown in everything. His words were soft and gentle, his laugh, catchie.
Mel was the kind of man you could look up to, one who could be trusted and always willing to help. I am sure he will be missed by so many. God never makes a mistake.....Mel is at peace, no more pain and the next time we see him there won't be a wheelchair......but that wonderful smile will be on his face and I am sure his arms will be open wide to hug each and everyone of you.......
I am sorry I cannot make it to the funeral or the viewing. My heart will be with you.....my prayers, and my love of the Myllyla family will be with you......and our "Jehovah-elohim".... God who made heaven and earth will be with you to comfort you and surrond you with his peace and love as only He can.
I send you all hugs kisses and love from the bottom of my heart .......Helen
