Ron and Marla, Uncle Virg, Uncle Bob and Mom;
I'm so sad for your loss. It's a path I have yet to cross and my heart goes out to all of you and your families.
Uncle Ron was indeed a loving man. He, like Aunt Mary, was an amazing influence in my life as a young girl and will always be remembered by me fondly and with smiles. I think Uncle Ron was the first person to ever give me a ride on a motorcycle! I was about 13 and he could sense one day when we were visiting, my severe boredom and asked me out for a bike ride. Never thought I would see myself saying this, cliche as it is, but it seems like yesterday...
He was also the first one to take me to my one and only casino! He gave me ten dollars to play blackjack, just down the road from Grama and Grampa's. I was just 21, so it was quite the night out! Well, I lost the ten dollars in a matter of minutes and never gambled again, in my life! So funny. And, may I say, he wanted to give me more money to have fun with. I brought that up a couple years ago and he thought it was pretty funny too.
One great memory that I have of all the Kissels is just that you are all so loving and generous. Great role models, that I am so proud to be family with.
I will miss him. I look forward to seeing your dad and brother in Heaven, with no pain and his beautiful face grinning. God bless you all. Thinking of you today with great memories and loving.
I will never forget my uncle Ron. At family gatherings I always liked talking with Ron, he was so kind and never had a negative thing to say. He had a loving heart also and I look forward to future conversations with Ron in heaven:) His love trickled down to his children who were just like him, kind and loving. What a legacy he left!
I was so sorry to hear of your loss. Please know my thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
Uncle Ron was a very sweet, kind, faithful, creative and loving man. He frequently came to our home on the holidays and he was always witty and yet humble. He also had a creative gift for writing. My mother just read a lovely poetic note he wrote to her. Uncle Ron was a very loving gentle man. I am glad I got to spend some quality time with him on our drive to Minneapolis this winter. He was a great conversationalist and listener. It is comforting to know he is in heaven with aunt Mary, grandpa and grandma. My heart goes out to you Ron, Debbie, Marla and kids during yet another very difficult loss. God Bless you with much grace, love and peace.
My condolences to the family.

I enjoyed working with Ron in the engineering dept. at Pettibone back in the late 1980s. He was actively involved in the Extendo "Level-Reach" and Speed Swing programs. I'll always remember the great schematic he did of the 441-D Speed Swing's air-over-hydraulic brake circuit. His work was always finely-tuned and super-detailed. Also, his keen sense of humor helped to lighten the mood in our busy workplace! May God comfort you with His peace.
We are so sorry to hear of Rons passing.
We remember him as a nice young man in Munising.
Our condolences to the Kissel family. May he R.I.P.
Our sympathy to the Kissel family on the loss of Ron.
