SHANDA R. LaFERNIER, 23, of Zeba, passed away suddenly at her home Saturday, January 7, 2012. She was born in Marquette, MI on August 30, 1988 the daughter of Robert A. Frank and Rachelle R. Hagberg. Shanda attended school in L'An Read Obituary
My sincere condolences go to Shanda's family. She was a beautiful person with a beautiful soul. May God be with her family through this hard time and guide them through the darkness. Shanda walks with God now; removing all the pain and struggles she was burdened with while here on this earth. May she rest in peace. I love you Shanda, and I'm proud to call you my "sister."

To my loving family. I am so sad, I lost my best friend and a sister.. It hurts that I can not be there to see her off on her journey into the afterlife. She will always be in my heart. One day we will meet again, and pick up like nothing ever happened, until that day comes, I keep in mind that she will be guiding me down the right path with her loving hand on my sholder. God's light showed through Shanda. She has been in our lives for several years. Andrea held her close in her heart, and they were unseperable at times. I was lucky enough to have had a long talk with Shanda last week and am thankful. She loved her family very much. May the Dear Lord bless you all and help you through this very difficult time.
